Welcome to Peace Lutheran Church!
Thank you for visiting our site! We welcome guests, and pray you find a welcoming family of faith. Peace is a member of The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod that honors and gives glory to God by obeying Jesus’ command to make disciples of all people. Our mission is to be faithful in our proclamation of the Gospel, to the preaching and teaching of the Word of God, and to the administration of the Sacraments, from one generation to the next.

Holy Communion
Christ’s Body and Blood are truly present in, with, and under the bread and wine in the Sacrament of the Altar. This sacrament is given to us for the forgiveness of sins and strengthens the faith of those who receive it faithfully. (1 Corinthians 11:27-29) The Scriptures warn us that those who partake of this Holy Sacrament without acknowledging the actual presence of Christ’s body and blood in the bread and wine do grave harm. Therefore, we practice closed communion. Due to theological differences among Christians regarding beliefs about this Supper, only communicant members of an LCMS church are invited to the Lord’s table. If you are not a communicant member of LCMS Congregation, you are welcome to come up to the Table with arms crossed to receive a blessing. Holy Communion is offered on the first, third, and fifth Sunday of each month, as well as Festival dates.
Holy Baptism
We believe that through Baptism, we are washed clean of our sins, rescued from death and the devil, and given everlasting life. In Baptism, God marks us as one of His own apart from any merit or worthiness in us. We believe that in Baptism, God combines His life-giving and life-creating Word with water and thereby we are born again of water and the Spirit. (Ephesians 5:25-26)
